This week we started with our continuity quilts. I feel like ours is working pretty well with shot 2 and 4 needing some work.
I quickly moved on to changing the camera angle for shot 2. I also switch the lens from a 50mm to a 24mm lens.
During this i felt like the train scale was wrong so me and Anh did some test in shot 1
For ref the Floor of the car should be 4 foot 3 inches. We made our Humen in houdini 5,11 to match my height. I than measured 4,3 on me for ref. This lead to use scaling the train up by 1.25.

Once the scale was figured out I pass back shot 2 to Anh, so she could start working on the trees and the bridge. She also pass me the work she just finished on shot 1 so i could update the lighting,

This week i spent time working on environments and first passes of lighting
I used vegetation mask in Gaea to set up vegetaion placement in Houdini.
I used what i set up in the old file of shot 2 to the new environment Anh was working on. I also started doing first passes of lighting test in Houdini.

I added in the shader for the Amtrak for shot 4 and did first pass of lighting
And I finished the most up to date cut
